18-year-male faces drug trafficking charges

At 6:45 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2016 city police attended the rear of a business on Pim Street in regards to a suspicious motor vehicle. 

A blue Ford pickup truck was found resting against a tree and had sustained heavy front end damage. The license plate on the truck had previously been reported stolen. 

18-year-old male Cristien Tucci of Wellington Street East was located at the scene and arrested for being in possession of stolen property (license plate). 

Officers searched the accused, Tucci, and located several baggies that contained a substance believed to be Crystal Meth. Drug scales and cash money were also located. As a result Tucci was further charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

He is scheduled to appear in court on January 9th, 2017.
