On August 22, 2016 at 11:10 p.m., City Police arrested and charged Ryan McLeish, 21 years, of Albert St. E. with theft under $5000 and possession of property obtained by crime.
It is alleged that the accused entered several vehicles in the downtown area.
When he was located by police, the accused allegedly was found to be in possession of several pieces of property from the vehicles. He appeared in Bail Court on August 23, 2016.
