At 10:15 a.m.. on Nov. 7, 2016 city police court services officers arrested 23-year-old Ryan Young of Cooper Street.
It’s alleged that on the 20th September the accused breached the terms of his reporting clause on his recognizance of bail and a warrant of arrest was issued. He will be appearing in Court on Dec. 14, 2016.
