Sault Ste. Marie Police have charged a 23-year-old with indecent acts following an investigation into a pair of incidents.
Police say that between Oct. 27 and Nov. 9, 2020, the accused allegedly exposed himself to a victim and is accused of allegedly exposing himself to a second victim on Dec. 17, 2020.
Both incidents took place at Algoma University.
Police were notified on March 17 and began investigating.
Following the investigation, police located and arrested the accused on March 19.
Police have charged [Charge withdrawn] with two counts of indecent acts.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 26.
