A 25-year-old man faces assault and mischief charges after Police allege that he punched the victim and vandalized their vehicle.
On March 18, police say the accused approached the victim a Korah Road parking lot, broke a window in the victim's car, then hit the victim in the chest and fled the area.
The accused and the victim are known to each other, Sault police said in the news release.
On March 19, officers located and arrested the suspect.
Austin Lance, 25, has been charged with:
• Assault
• Mischief under $5,000
Lance was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on May 15.
