Police have charged 47-year-old Israel Neveau with break and enter.
In a release, police say that Neveau entered a business in the 200 block of Bay St. at approximately 10:25 a.m., forced his way into a locked cabinet and took some items before leaving the area
Neveau, who was arrested a short time later, is facing charges of break and enter, possession of break in tools, possession of property obtained by crime and breach of recognizance. He was held for bail court.
