At 10:20 p.m. on February 27, 2016 city police arrested 50-year-old Richard St.Onge of Wawa Ontario.
Police were called to residence on Albert Street East regarding a male being aggressive with another male.
St.Onge was arrested and was found in possession of a small amount of marihuana.
He has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and will be appearing in Court on April 04, 2016.
