Significant damage was reported after fire crews responded to an apartment fire on Bloor Street shortly before midnight last Friday.
"Upon arrival, fire crews were directed to the second level of the building where flames were visible," says a news release from Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services. "Fire crews were able to contain the fire."
No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
