In the morning of September 6, 2016 business owners at 629 Queen St. East called police complaining that their business had been broken in to. Thieves made off with electronic items.
In a second reported break in from the morning of September 6, 2016, thieves tried unsuccessfully to break into storage units at 969 Queen St. East, the site of the old Plummer Hospital.
