An arrest was made late last week in relation to an assault incident that occurred in January of this year.
Police say that the accused assaulted a person on Jan. 2 as they attempted to retrieve personal property from the victim’s home.
As a result, Edward Nothing of Garden River was located and arrested on Friday and charged with assault.
Nothing is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 26 to answer to the charge.
