On April 30, 2020 officers with Patrol Services arrested 27-year-old Michael Bothwell for impaired driving.

At 1 p.m. officers observed a vehicle driving erratically on McNabb Street. A traffic stop was conducted a short time later on Pine Street. Officers approached the vehicle and the accused was driving. Officers formed reasonable grounds to believe his ability to operate the vehicle was impaired by drugs.

The accused completed a standardized field sobriety test and performed poorly. He was arrested, and later failed a drug recognition evaluation.

He is charged with impaired driving – alcohol and drugs. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 20, 2020.
