At 7:05 p.m. on March 31, 2016 city police arrested 24-yea-old Brandon Steinburg of Goulais Ave. on outstanding warrants. It’s alleged that the accused failed to appear for court on 21 December, 2015 and failed to appear for prints on December 10, 2015. Additionally the accused was wanted on a court issued Bench Warrant on a charge of theft under $5,000. Steinburg was also wanted by the Anishinabek Police Services for driving related offences. He will be appearing in Bail Court on April 1, 2016 on all charges.
At 7:50 p.m. on March 31, 2016 city police arrested 37-year-old Cindy Morissette of John St. It’s alleged that the accused attended at Metro Churchill Plaza and stole merchandise valued at $277. She was charged with theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on May 9, 2016.
