Bail Court Appearance Arrests/Charged Persons with Court Appearance Dates:
A 17 year old male was arrested and charged with three counts of breach of a recognizance and one count of breach of probation. He is to appear in bail court this morning.

Jason Brown, age 31, of 289 Sixth Avenue was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00, one count of resist arrest and one count of breach of probation. It is alleged that on the 26th of April he attended at Zellers on Northern Avenue and allegedly stole a DVD player from the electronics department. The accused resisted the loss prevention officer when being arrested. The accused was also bound by a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be good. He is scheduled to appear in court on the 18th of July.

Alaina St. John, age 18, of #538-59 Old Garden River Road was arrested yesterday and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00. It is alleged that on the 26th of April the accused attended at Rome's Independent Grocers and stole some clothing. The accused is to appear in court on the 4th of June.

Lyle Dawson, age 31, of #4-26 Albert Street East attended at the police station last night and turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. He was charged with one count of fail to appear court. He is now scheduled to appear in court on the 28th of May.

David Phillips, age 20, of 393 Albert Street West was arrested yesterday afternoon and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.00 after he allegedly attended at Sears and stole a pair of sunglasses. He is scheduled to appear in court on the 28th of May.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes
- An attempt break and enter was reported to a residence on Cunningham Road yesterday afternoon.
- A business on Albert Street West was entered and reported copper wire stolen sometime Wednesday overnight.
- An apartment on Pine Street was entered. A bike and some cash were reported taken.
- Some construction items were stolen from a business yard on Landslide Road.
- Two smash and grab incidents were reported to vehicles in parking lots on Northern Avenue.
