Break and enters
A garage was broken into overnight in the 600 block of John Street and a bicycle was removed.
Police responded to a complaint of break and enter in the 700 block of Wellington Street East. The residence was entered and personal papers and cutlery was removed.
Theft from vehicle
A vehicle was entered in the 600 block of Bush Street and an IPOD was removed.
A vehicle was entered in the 400 block of Morin Street and currency was removed.
Between Tuesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 14, unknown persons broke in to a residence on Walnut Street and once inside took jewellery from the residence.
On Thursday, August 14, police were called to a residence in the 400 block of Wellington Street East to investigate an overnight break in at that location. Sometime in the overnight hours unknown persons entered the residence and removed meat from the refrigerator.
Also overnight Wednesday, unknown persons entered a garage in the 600 block of John Street and made off with a Hard Rock Specialized Men’s Bicycle.
During the daytime hours on Thursday, August 14 a residence in the 300 block of John Street was broken into and jewellery was reported stolen.
Shortly after 9:30 p.m. Thursday, a homeowner on Boron Avenue returned home and interrupted a break in to their home. The homeowner managed to scare the suspect away. This investigation is continuing.

On August 14, 2014 city police arrested Terry Constantineau, age 57, at his residence at Wellington Street East for threatening death. Earlier in the day it is alleged that the accused threatened to slit the throat of the victim. The accused will appear in court on September 15, 2014 at 9 a.m.
On August 14, 2014 a female, age 37, was arrested by city police for threatening death and intimidation. It is alleged that the accused threatened to cause death or bodily harm to the victim. The victim received the threats by way of social media (Facebook). The accused will appear in bail court on August 15, 2014 at 10 a.m.
