On August 30th at 1:53 pm Patrol Officers observed Gary Levar, age 44 of 879 Fourth Line West on Lake St. Officers knew there was an outstanding arrest warrant for Failing to Attend Court on a charge of Assault with Weapon. Officers arrested and charged him on the strength of this warrant. He will appear in court on Sept. 3rd.

On August 30, 2013 after 3:00 pm Police Officers arrested and charged a 41 year old male with domestic Assault, Threatening Death and Criminal Harassment. Officers learned that on June 25th the accused punched his girlfriend and threatened to harm her. Further on today the accused repeatedly texted and called the victim. The accused will appear in court on Sept 3rd.
