On December 11, 2015 at 12:05 a.m. city police arrested a 39-year-old male for three counts of breach of recognizance. It’s alleged that the accused was in the presence of children under the age of 10 contrary to the conditions of his recognizance. Further, the accused was not to be in any public area where children under 16 are known to be. The accused was also not residing at the residence that he was ordered to reside. The accused has been charged with three counts of breach of recognizance. He will be appearing in bail court on December 11, 2015 at 10 a.m.
