Evening news: On December 27, 2013 at 3:35 a.m. Patrol Officers arrested William Daigle, age 44 of Albert St. East and Patrick Woodcox, age 36 of Fisher Park Rd.

Evening news:

On December 27, 2013 at 3:35 a.m. Patrol Officers arrested William Daigle, age 44 of Albert St. East and Patrick Woodcox, age 36 of Fisher Park Rd. Trout Lake Ontario and charged them with Break and Enter, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Break in Instruments, Mischief under $5,000.00 and Theft under $5, 000.00. Officers learned that Daigle and Woodcox had broken into construction trailers at 450 Albert St. West and removed several coils of cable. Upon their arrest they were found to be in possession of bolt cutters, a knife and flashlight that had been used in the break and enter and theft. Police were able to recover the stole cable. The accused will appear in court on December 27.

Morning news:

On December 27, 2013 at approximately 3:15 a.m., patrol officers located and arrested a 52 year old male wanted on an outstanding warrant. The warrant stems from a previous domestic incident and alleges the male damaged property belonging to his ex-girlfriend. The male stands charged with mischief under $5000 and will appear in bail court later this morning.
