Arrests:
26-year old Tyler Seaton of 1572 Wellington Street East was sent to bail court this morning in relation to breaching his release conditions. . Just after 4 am the accused was located in the downtown area. When officers ran a check on the male they learned he was wanted on a warrant for breach of a recognizance. At the time of the arrest the accused had been drinking. He was on a recognizance of bail with conditions not to consume alcohol. He was charged with second count of breach of recognizance.
A 23 year old male appeared in bail court this morning after being charged with three counts of breach of a recognizance. Just after 5 am this morning City Police attended at a residence in the central area of town for a domestic dispute. When officer arrived they located the accused in the residence. The male was on conditions not to communicate with the female, not to be at her residence and was on a curfew to be in his residence between 11 pm and 6 am.
Just before 5 am patrol officers stopped a vehicle on Blucher Street and found that one of the passengers was wanted. As a result 53 year old Susan McMillan of 125 Gore Street #6 was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear for fingerprints. She will appear in court on March 5th, 2013.
A 49 year old female was arrested just after 4 am this morning and charged with one count of assault. It is alleged that the accused assaulted her boyfriend by punching him while he was sleeping. The accused will appear in court on March 20, 2013.
A 38 year old female was charged with assault this morning. Just before 3 am City Police attended at a downtown residence for a domestic assault complaint. It is alleged that the accused slapped her boyfriend during a verbal argument. The accused will appear in court on March 20, 2013
Arrests/Charged Persons:
On February 1, 2013 at approximately 2:10am officer attended a residence in the 600 block of Second Line West regarding a domestic related incident. On attending officers found that both of the involved persons were on court orders with conditions. A male age 32 is currently on a recognizance with conditions of not to be at the victims place of residence, not to consume alcohol, not to molest harass or physically interfere with the victim and not to communicate with the victim. The accused was arrested for 4 counts of breach of recognizance and will appear in bail court on February 1, 2013 at 10:00am. The second person in question, a female age 21 is on conditions not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the victim and also not to communicate with the victim. The accused is charged with two counts of breach of undertaking and will appear in bail court on February 1, 2013 at 10:00am.
Break and Enters/Other Property Crimes:
On January 31, 2013 between the hours of 6:15pm and 7:30pm a residence in the 200 block of Cathcart Street was entered and currency was taken.
Theft:
A vehicle was entered and keys and change taken. Occurred in the area of Oryme Avenue and Strand Avenue.
