On the 14th of February, 2014, at approximately 3:40 a.m., a homeowner on Salisbury Avenue called 911 to report that someone was trying to break into their garage.

On the 14th of February, 2014, at approximately 3:40 a.m., a homeowner on Salisbury Avenue called 911 to report that someone was trying to break into their garage. Entry was not gained; however, a door to the garage was damaged and a screen window was cut. Officers from Patrol Services attended in the area and were able to locate the two suspects.

23-year-old Jody Edwards of Elmwood Avenue has been charged with one count of trespass by night, one count of attempt break and enter, one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation. Mr. Edwards will appear in bail court this morning.

19-year-old Kya-Lee Neveu of Pim Street has been charged with one count of trespass by night and will appear in court on March 17, 2014.

46-year-old Brent Bolan of Andrew Street turned himself in on a warrant for fail to attend court. It is alleged he was supposed to attend court on February 10 on two charges of unauthorized possession of a weapon and failed to do so. He was given a new court date of March 17.

34-year-old Drew Spooner of Hiltz Road in Heyden was arrested on a warrant to fail to attend court. It is alleged that the accused failed to attend court in 2010 to face a charge of breach of recognizance. He will be appearing in bail court this morning.
