On February 18, 2016 city police arrested a male accused on outstanding warrants. On January 18, 2016 the accused Dustin Thomas Sayers age 41, failed to attend court in answer to two charges of theft under $5,000.

On February 18, 2016 city police arrested a male accused on outstanding warrants. On January 18, 2016 the accused Dustin Thomas Sayers age 41, failed to attend court in answer to two charges of theft under $5,000. A warrant for failing to attend court was issued and a bench warrant was also issued for the two theft charges. The accused is scheduled to attend court on March 21, 2016 at 9 a.m.

On February 18, 2016 city police responded to a disturbance call in the 300 block of Albert Street East. Investigation revealed that a male that resides at the residence was allegedly causing a disturbance because of his level of intoxication. Police spoke to the male and a check was done and it was found that he was on an undertaking with conditions to notify police of any address change and not to consume alcohol. The accused Callin Mitchell Terry Sim, age 18 was arrested for breach of undertaking X 2. The accused is scheduled to appear in court on March 21, 2016 at 9 a.m.
