On February 22nd, 2013 officers arrested a female on outstanding probation and parole warrants. The warrants date back to 2008 and 2009. It is alleged that the accused did fail to report at a designated time and place and also did not perform Community Service hours as she was ordered to. Rachelle Candace Morine stands charged with breach of probation x 2 and will appear in court on March 25, 2013 at 9:00am.

On February 22, 2013 at approximately 11:00am police attended the Walmart Store at 446 Great Northern Road regarding a young male person shoplifting. It is alleged that the accused attended in the sporting goods section of the store and concealed a fishing rod under his jacket. The accused was apprehended and charged with theft under $5000. The accused will appear in court on March 26, 2013 at 9:30am.

A residence was reported broken into in the 100 block of Pim Street. Between 6:30 am and 5:00 pm on the 21st of February culprits kicked in the front door. A stereo and a laptop computer were reported stolen.

A business in the 300 block of Korah Rd reported that an individual smashed their front window. The investigation is continuing.

A door was reported kicked in at a residence in the 600 block of Queen Street West. Nothing was reported stolen from the residence.

24 year old Matthew Noel of 70 East Street was arrested for impaired driving. Witnesses observed the accused operating a motor vehicle and walking away from it after he got it stuck in a snow bank. Upon police arrival it is alleged that he was displaying signs of being impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the police station for breath tests. The accused was charged with impaired driving and consume over the legal limit and will be appearing in court on March 25th.

51 year old Michael Butt of no fixed address will be appearing in bail court this morning. It is alleged that on the 16th of February the accused uttered a threat to a female to hire someone to beat up a female who is known to her. The accused was on conditions not to molest, harass or physically interfere with the woman he was threatening to have beaten up. He is charged with threatening and breach of a release document.
