On December 22, 2015 a male was at a residence in the area of South Market Street and after a verbal argument he allegedly caused damage to the interior of the apartment. The male left but returned again on the 23rd day of December and allegedly caused further damage to a door.  On January 15, 2016 the accused turned himself into police.  The accused was charged with two counts of mischief under $5,000 and is scheduled to attend court on February 22, 2016 at 9 am.
