42 year old Jason Dane Boyer was arrested and charged this morning with breaching his recognizance. Mr. Boyer, a resident of 320 Albert Street East, is alleged to have consumed alcohol on the 26th of June 2013 which was a breach of one of his conditions. He will appear in court on August 12th.
25 year old Melissa Marshall of Rowell Avenue was arrested and charged today with fraud. It is alleged that over an approximate 6 month period she defrauded her employer of over $5000.
A 37 year old male was arrested at 3:40 this afternoon after a domestic incident this morning. The male has been charged with assault, threatening death and mischief. The accused will appear in W.A.S.H. Court tomorrow morning.
July 5 Morning News
An individual who lives in an apartment in the 100 block of Old Garden River Road reported a theft of money from the apartment.
A bicycle was reported stolen from a residence in the 800 block of Trunk Road. It is described as a green Supercycle that is new but looks like an old style bicycle.
A resident in the 600 block of Cooper Street reported that the windshield was smashed out of his truck while it was parked in his driveway.
A hand basket full of meat was reported stolen from the Metro Store in the Market Mall by a female suspect. She was seen driving away in a vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.
A home was reported broken in to in the 200 block of Bruce Street. Cigarettes, alcohol and a quantity of cash were reported stolen. The break in occurred between 4:30 p.m. on July 4 and 1:30 a.m. on July 5.
A window was broken out of a truck parked in the 100 block of Cunningham Road. Nothing was believed to have been stolen.
A 25 year old male was arrested as a result of a domestic incident. It is alleged that the male assaulted his girlfriend by grabbing her throat. No physical injuries were reported. The male will be attending bail court this morning.
