Males arrested in relation to domestic disputes
On the 9th of June 2013 at approximately 3:00 am the accused, a 37 year old male had a verbal argument with his common-in –law wife The argument escalated to an assaulted when he struck his spouse. The victim received treatment at the Sault Hospital for her injures. On June 14th at 11:45 am Police arrested and charged the male with Assault Cause Bodily Harm. He will appear in bail court on June 17th.
On June 13th just after 8 am City Police took a report of a male bothering his ex-wife. It is alleged that on the 13th of June the accused drove by the residence of his ex-wife. It is further alleged that on the 12th of June the male walked by the female and called her a name. The male was on two release documents with conditions including not to communicate, molest or harass the female and not to attend near her residence. The 56 year old male was arrested on the morning of the 13th and charged with four counts of breach of release documents. He will appear in bail court this morning.
