On June 25, 2015 at 1:40 p.m., city police responded to a call in the 600 Block of McNabb Street regarding a female out of control walking in and out of traffic. On arrival Police were also informed that the female damaged a door at a residence in the area. Further the female was discovered to be breaching the terms of a conditional sentence order not to consume alcohol. 34-year-old Dana Johnston of Crystal Place was arrested and charged with mischief to property under $5,000 and breaching the terms of her conditional sentence. She will be appearing in Bail Court on June 26, 2015.
On June 25, 2015, city police detective arrested 22-year-old Daniel Forest of Nicholas Avenue for Unlawfully in a Dwelling and mischief to property under $5,000. It’s alleged that on June 21, 2015 the accused entered a residence on Parshore drive and caused mischief to the door at the residence. He will be appearing in court on July 27, 2015.
