Thomas Weirzbicki, 41, of 441 Queen St. W. was arrested at the Indian Friendship Centre after a citizen recognized Mr.Wierzbicki as a person who was on a prohibition order not to attend there.

Thomas Weirzbicki, 41, of 441 Queen St. W. was arrested at the Indian Friendship Centre after a citizen recognized Mr.Wierzbicki as a person who was on a prohibition order not to attend there. The accused was arrested for breaching a prohibition order and held for bail court to the date of 29Jun12 at 1000.

Mark Strain, 27, of no fixed address is on quite a roll. Charged with a b&e recently to a business on Korah Rd. Mr. Strain continued his lawless ways and on 28Jun12 was charged with eight more offences related to break, enter and theft, possession of stolen property and breaches of probation after break in’s to homes and businesses on Maple St. Mr. Strain was held for bail court to the 29Jun12.

Mr. Strain’s rolling partner and co-acccused, 19 year old Tanya Chakasim, was  charged around 1500 hours , 28Jun12 with six counts of breach of probation and three counts of possession of stolen property. The possession charges included property from the break in’s to the same Korah Rd. business Mr. Strain broke into.  She is held for bail to the date of  29Jun12 at 1000.

Officers commented that many members in our community were in a cell-abatory mood during the evening hours last night resulting in four adults being charged with offences under the Liquor Licence Act. Persons abusing alcohol are kept in custody when officers determine it is necessary for their safety. Please drink responsibly and remember our children are out of school for the summer.
