OCCUPANTS CAPTURE INTRUDER At 2:25 this morning police were called to a Queen Street West apartment where the occupants were holding a male who had just broken into their residence.

At 2:25 this morning police were called to a Queen Street West apartment where the occupants were holding a male who had just broken into their residence. As a result, Christopher Moar, age 21, of Biggings Avenue will appear in court on July 8 on charges of break and enter with intent.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON
A 13-year-old female has been charged with assault with a weapon after two of her classmates complained that she had threatened them with an exacto knife. The incident occurred yesterday. The accused will appear in court on July 9. The investigation continues.

MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT
Yesterday at 6:16 p.m. police investigated an accident near the intersection of Second Line West and Cooper Street. A 1986 Ford Ranger had been westbound on Second Line and had stopped in the centre lane preparing to turn left into a private driveway when it was struck from behind by a Yamaha motorcycle.
