On the 11 March 2016, Officers with the Sault Ste Marie Police Services Break and Enter Unit were notified regarding a break-in to a shed in the 100 block of Trelawne Ave. Investigation revealed property stolen from the shed had been pawned at a local business in return for money. Police subsequently arrested 28 year old Jessica Chiblow. She will be appearing in court on the 11 April 2016 at 9 a.m. to answer to possession of stolen property charges and break and enter.

On the 11 March 2016, police were notified that a person who signed as a surety for the release of an accused had filed an application to be removed as the guarantor. A surety revocation warrant was subsequently issued for Jason Knox (age 29). Mr. Knox turned himself into the police and is facing a bail review hearing.

On the 11 March 2016, a young man turned himself into the City Police. On the 9 March 2016 it is alleged he threatened to kill his probation officer and her family. He is facing one count of threatening death and has a bail hearing scheduled on Monday morning the 14 March 2016.
