Arrests/Charged Persons:
On May 22, 2013 it is alleged that the accused was in possession of a stolen cheque that had been taken in a break and enter. The accused had the cheque cashed and later tried to do the same thing with another cheque but was eventually refused. The accused is charged with uttering a forged document X 2 and possession of a forged document. During the resulting search of the accused it was found that the accused was in possession of a small amount of cocaine. The accused Candace Joanne Champagne age 21 of 70 Wellington Street East, age 21 was also charged with breach a court document (undertaking) with a condition of notifying police of a change of address. The accused will appear in bail court on May 24, 2013 at 10:00am.

On May 23, 2013 the accused, age 16 was found to be out of residence which was in contravention of a court order. The accused will appear in bail court on May 24, 2013 at 10:00am.

On May 23, 2013 it is alleged that the accused, age 30 did communicate directly to the victim by telephone which is in contravention of a recognizance of bail to no communicate. The accused will appear in bail court on May 24, 2013 at 10:00am .
