On May 29, 2015 at 1:20 p.m. City Police arrested 23 year old Abdullah Alzeer of Terry Fox Place with assault. It [is] alleged that the accused attended at a local business and caused a disturbance with the staff and assaulted one staff member. The accused was charged with one count of Common Assault and will be appearing in court on June 29, 2015 at 9 a.m.

On the 28th of May, city police located and arrested 38-year-old Ryan Kane for breaching a condition of his probation. It is alleged he came into contact with a male person he was not supposed to have any contact with in an east end business on the 27th of May. He will be appearing in Provincial Court June 29.
On the 29th 0f May at approximately 2:30 a.m., city police observed a vehicle proceeding east on MacDonald Avenue from Pim Street at a high rate of speed. The officers were able to stop the vehicle at the Lake Street intersection. Further investigation led officers to request the male subject to provide a sample of his breath into a roadside screening device where he registered a fail. The male was then transported to the City Police station where 2 more breath samples produced readings of over .08. As a result, 23-year-old Saleh Asulaiman of MacDonald Avenue was charged with having more than 80 mgs. of alcohol per 100 milliltres of blood. He will be appearing in Provincial Court June 29.
