Afternoon release:
Solar lights were reported stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Bush Street over night.

A break and enter was reported to a residence under construction in the 300 block of MacDonald Avenue. A window was broken and some walls damaged. At this time no estimate of cost of damage was available.

21 year old Donald Bussineau of 44 Smale Avenue was arrested by officers today in relation to the theft of a generator on the 29th of May 2013 from the 700 block of Frontenac Street. When approached, he gave a false name and resisted arrest by trying to flee officers. He has also been charged with Personation and Resisting Arrest.
Morning release:
31 year old Justin Lewis of no fixed address was arrested on Hudson St. at 4 p.m. yesterday on outstanding warrants. It is alleged Lewis failed to report to the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre on the 19th of April 2013 as required to serve an intermittent sentence. He has been charged for being unlawfully at large.
