20-year-old Walter Duggan was arrested at the court house on a warrant for possession of stolen property. It is alleged that on the Sept. 9, 2013 the accused attended at Second Hand World and sold a stolen home theatre system. He is now scheduled to appear in court on June 16, 2014.
51-year-old Robert Smitham, of Cathcart St., was arrested on a warrant at the court house for a charge of failing to appear for fingerprints. It is alleged that the accused failed to show up at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service for fingerprints as required by a release document for March 24, 2014. He is now scheduled to appear in court on June 16, 2014.
24-year-old Patricia Lynn Pheasant of Queen St. W. was arrested by City Police officers early this morning on outstanding warrants relating to failing to appear court and for fingerprints from April of this year. These charges were from the accused being charged initially for theft and Breach of Probation in March 2014. She will be appearing in bail court as well.
