At 7:50 p.m. on October 22, 2015, city police arrested a 40-year-old female for a domestic related breach of recognizance. It’s alleged that the accused was communicating with the victim from a previous domestic in contravention of a recognizance of bail. She was charged and will be appearing in bail court at 10 a.m. on October 23, 2015.
