MISCHIEF INVESTIAGTED
The Sault Police Service investigated three reports of mischief yesterday. The incidents took place at a business in the 100 block of Great Northern Road where a rear window was broken, an office in the 200 block of McNabb Street where the front door window was broken. There was also more damage to a construction site at 95 Fauquier Avenue.
ONE VEHICLE BREAK-IN
One vehicle was reported entered overnight. It was parked in the 100 block of Pim Street and was damaged when thieves stole the stereo equipment.
TWO FEMALES CHARGED
Two young offender females were charged by police yesterday as a result of an incident that took place at a local high school at12:00. It is alleged that a female student, while walking in the hallway, was approached by the two accused and assaulted.
Police were called and the two girls were charged with assault causing bodily harm. The victim suffered cuts and bruises to the head and face. The accused will appear in court in November.
