A 21-year-old male was arrested by city police officers on September 24 and charged with criminal harassment.

A 21-year-old male was arrested by city police officers on September 24 and charged with criminal harassment. It is alleged on September 22; the male threw a knife at a female known to him, made some threatening comments to her and advised her that she should call the police. The female was frightened by these comments and indeed did contact the police. The accused will be appearing in Bail Court on September 25.

On September 24, city police received a complaint from a female regarding an assault and harassment. She advised officers that in June 2015 a male known to her assaulted her and between July and September of this year she received messages and texts from him after he was advised by police not to have any contact with her. As a result he was charged with assault and criminal harassment and will be appearing in Bail Court September 25.
