Several thefts from vehicles were reported from overnight. Thieves stole change, sunglasses and a skill saw from 2 unlocked vehicles at the same residence on Tancred St. In addition items were taken from unlocked vehicles on Nino Drive and Simpson St.
On September 25, 2014 at approximately 9:34 p.m., officers from Patrol Services arrested Loretta Suzanne CAREY, 33 years old of Carufel Avenue, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario for theft under $5,000 with regards to a shoplifting complaint from Lids of the Station Mall on the 6th of September 2014. The accused stole three youth hats, value $80.11.
