On September 4, 2015 at 7 a.m., City Police received a report of a stolen vehicle from Fairmount Drive. The vehicle has yet to be located. It is a 2009 Pontiac G8, white, with Ontario licence plate BVSB021. It has tinted windows, a dent in the trunk and above the left rear passenger wheel. If anyone sees this vehicle, please contact City Police at (705) 949-6300.
On September 4, 2015 at 7:30 a.m., City Police attended at a business on Carmen’s Way regarding a break and enter to the business. Investigation revealed that the business had been entered and several sets of car keys taken. As well, four vehicles in the parking lot were damaged.
On September 4, 2015 at 11:15 a.m., City Police responded to a break and enter in the 600 block of Wellington St. E. An apartment was entered and ransacked with a number of items stolen. The incident occurred between August 23 and September 4, 2015 while the tenant was out of town.

On September 4, 2015, city police checked a male in the downtown area. It was found that the male had an outstanding warrant for breach of probation X 2. The accused Shane Chad Agawa, age 25, was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court on October 5, 2015 at 9 a.m.
On September 4, 2015, city police investigated a dated domestic matter dating back to May of 2014 and continuing until August of 2015. The accused allegedly was assaultive causing the accused to seek medical attention. The accused was located and charged with assault X 3, assault causing bodily harm X 2, forcible confinement and mischief. The accused will appear in bail court on September 4, 2015 at 10 a.m.
On September 4, 2015, a female age 37 turned herself in to city police regarding an outstanding domestic warrant. The accused is charged with criminal harassment and breach of probation X 3 and will appear in bail court on September 4, 2015 at 10 a.m.
