Here's what $15,000 worth of fentanyl looks like: Police

Police say the drugs were seized from a man now accused of possession for the purpose of trafficking

One person was arrested after they were found in possession of approximately $15,000 worth of fentanyl early Friday morning.

"Around 5 a.m., detectives attending an unrelated call on Wellington Street East located the accused in the area and found them to be in possession of approximately 100 grams of suspected fentanyl along with packaging materials and $300 in Canadian currency," says a news release issued by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.

As a result, 37-year-old Tyler Seaton is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 16 and stands accused of:
    •    Possession of schedule I substance for purpose of trafficking
    •    Fail to comply with probation order
