At around 12:30 a.m., Sault Police were dispatched to an active break-and-enter in the 400 block of Sherbourne Street.

“The caller reported that someone unknown to them had broken into their home and was laying in their bed, refusing to leave,” says a news release issued by the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service.

When officers arrived, police say, the suspect was still in the bed.
