On March 3, 2019 officers with the Patrol Services division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 28-year-old Brooks Warmington of no fixed address for theft.
It’s alleged on March 3, 2019 the accused attended businesses in the 0-100 block of Great Northern Road where he selected items of merchandise totaling approximately $180. The accused was apprehended by store security and held for police.
Officers attended and he was taken into custody. He is charged with three counts of theft under $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property and one count of breach of probation. He was held for bail court.
