On August 19, 2016 at 07:30 a.m., city police received a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Alexandra Street. 

A vehicle was stopped a short time later and Officers found that the driver to have been drinking. The driver was given a road side test and failed. The accused, 52 year old Timothy Donnelly of Alexandra St. was arrested and charged with care and control over 80 mgs and he will be appearing in court on September 19, 2016.
