On March 3, 2020, officers with the Technological Crime Unit arrested 39-year-old Yvon Frechette for possession of child pornography.
In April 2019, police began investigating Mr. Frechette. The investigation resulted in a search warrant being executed on November 12, 2019. A cell phone was seized during the search warrant and analysis identified various images of Child Pornography.
The accused was arrested on March 3, 2020. He is charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Distributing Child Pornography. He was held for bail court.
