On July 16, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 31-year-old Donald Jordan of no fixed address in relation to an assault investigation.
It is alleged that on July 5, the accused assaulted a male known to him by attacking him from behind. The accused then punched the victim in the head, pulled him to the ground and then kicked him in the head.
The accused has been charged with one count of assault. He was held for bail court.
