A 54-year-old has been charged after a 911 report over the weekend.
Around 4 p.m. Saturday, a 911 call was made reporting someone exposing their genitals to people at Pointe Des Chenes beach.
When officers from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrived on scene, police say that an investigation revealed that the accused was near the public change rooms and exposed his genitals to people in the area.
The accused was ultimately arrested.
Hussin Mostafa has been charged with indecent act – public place.
The accused was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in September.
None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
