At 1:05 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, city police arrested 51-year-old John Dyer of Borron Avenue, Sault Ste Marie.
It’s alleged that the accused attended on four different occasions at a local gas bar and failed to pay for his gas.
He has been charged with four counts of theft under $5,000 and will be appearing in court on Dec. 12, 2016. The total value stolen was approximately $200.
