On Tuesday, Sault Police officers charged a 50-year-old man after someone exposed their genitals in a public place and caused a disturbance.

The incident occurred at around 3 p.m. on Monday when someone called 911 to report an individual exposed his genitals several times in a public place in the 700 block of Great Northern Road, police said in a news release.

“Although the accused had left prior to officers’ arrival, officers were dispatched to the area and located the accused nearby.”

An investigation revealed the accused had "pulled their pants down and exposed their genitals and buttocks while walking around in front of multiple people, including youths," the release said.

  • Failure to Comply with Undertaking x2

Lannigan was held in custody pending a bail hearing and has been remanded. None of the allegations have been tested in court and the accused is considered innocent unless proven guilty.
