On July 28, 2017 officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service’s Break and Enter Unit arrested 45-year-old Scott Erdman of Dennis Street in relation to a break and enter investigation.
It is alleged that on July 27, the accused entered a residence in the 400 block of Wellington Street East and stole jewelry and a coin collection totaling $30,000. Police located the accused on July 28 and he was taken into custody.
Mr. Erdman has been charged with one count of break and enter, one count of possession of stolen property and one count of breach of probation. He was held for WASH court.
