On Aug. 22, 2019 officers with the Community Oriented Response and Enforcement Unit arrested 39-year-old Joshua Wiwchar of Superior Drive for theft.
On June 8, 2019 the accused attended a business in the 300-block of John Street. It’s alleged he was observed stealing a bicycle parked outside the business, valued at approximately $400.
He was located on Aug. 22, 2019 and taken into custody. He is charged with one count of theft under $5,000. He’s scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 30, 2019.
