On Oct. 18, 2016 at 6 p.m. police arrested 40-year-old Kevin Perrault of Whiskey Jack Drive.
It is alleged that the accused attended a clothing store on John Street and stole a jacket valued at $145.
When arrested the accused was found to be in possession of a small quantity of heroin.
The accused is also on a probation order with a condition to keep the peace and be of good behavior.
The accused has been charged with theft under $5000, possession of a controlled drug and breach of probation. The accused will appear in court on Nov. 21.
