On July 29, 2017 officers with the Patrol Services Division of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 36-year-old Peter Zeidler of Wellington Street East in relation to an assault investigation.
It is alleged that on July 29, the accused attended the residence of a person known to him and engaged in a verbal argument with two people there.
During the argument, the accused is alleged to have put his hands around the neck of each person and pushed them around the residence. The accused was arrested on July 29 and charged with two counts of assault. He will appear in court on Sept. 11, 2017.
